Thoughts of defeat slip in and bring me down. Haven't been really up since all this happened again. Really programed this time. I managed to keep them all away from me for a good long time. Never thought I would get it back. More radiation, oral chemo no no.
I feel 100% better since i took epsom salt bath this morning. Ready to help others today.
I shall fill my heart with love for others, this will make me stronger.
